Order changes

Prices

Prices, product availability, promotions, and offers may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and update or remove offers when reasonably necessary.

Discounts and promotions

Discount codes, bundle promotions, free-shipping offers, and limited-time campaigns may include eligibility rules, exclusions, expiration dates, or restrictions. Some offers may not be combined.

Payment authorization

Production and delivery

Production usually takes approximately 1–3 business days. United States delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 business days after production. Delivery to the other supported destinations usually takes approximately 2–7 business days after production. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Return and refund requests

Contact support within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order. Because products may be printed after purchase, returns for incorrect size selection, color choice, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or approved by support.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order details, contact support with your order number, checkout email, and clear photos so the request can be reviewed.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only when production has not started. Contact support immediately if you need assistance. Once production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Address mistakes may cause delay, failed delivery, or a returned package.

Store content

Website text, logos, graphics, layouts, banners, product images, designs, and other content belong to STAMP ATTIRE LLC, Stamp Shirts, licensors, or authorized content owners.
